Honkai Star Rail 3.0 Rewards: Wishful Resin and Variable Dice
In the game, you collect special gear called Relics to make your characters stronger. But sometimes, getting the perfect Relic with the best stats can be tricky. That’s where these new HSR 3.0 rewards come in
Wishful Resin
Think of Wishful Resin as a magic tool that lets you pick the extra powers (sub-stats) on your Relics. Normally, when you make a Relic, the sub-stats are random. But with Wishful Resin, you get to choose!
- How It Works: When crafting a Relic using another item called Self-Modeling Resin, you can add Wishful Resin to pick up to two sub-stats. Choosing one sub-stat uses 1 Wishful Resin, and choosing two sub-stats uses 4 Wishful Resins.
Variable Dice
Ever got a Relic that’s almost perfect but has one not-so-great sub-stat? Variable Dice can help fix that!
- How It Works: After fully upgrading a 5-star Relic, you can use Variable Dice to reroll, or change, its sub-stats. This gives you another chance to get the stats you really want.
How to Get These HSR 3.0 Rewards?
You’re probably wondering, “How do I get my hands on these?” Here’s how:
- Nameless Honor (Battle Pass): By leveling up in the Battle Pass, you can earn Wishful Resin. If you get the premium version, you can earn even more!
- Synthesis: You can combine 800 Relic Remains to make 1 Wishful Resin. But you can only make up to 2 this way.
- Exchange: Trade 1 Self-Modeling Resin for 1 Wishful Resin, up to 3 times each month.
- Future Content: Keep an eye out for new events and missions that might reward you with these items.
When Can You Start Using Them?
As stated above, these items are coming in the HSR 3.0 update, expected around January 14, 2025.
