New Character in HSR 2.6 Banner: Rappa

One of the most exciting parts of the update is the introduction of Rappa, a new 5-star character. She follows the Path of Erudition and uses the Imaginary element. Rappa’s design and gameplay sound really cool as according to some leaks, she can attack multiple enemies at once, lowering their toughness and making her attacks even stronger. There’s also a fun rumor that she might skate around the game’s overworld while rapping, which would be a first for any Honkai: Star Rail character.

Rappa is the only new character in this HSR 2.6 banner, while the rest of the banner will feature characters from past events. So, players will get a mix of new and familiar faces to pull from.

New Area in Honkai Star Rail 2.6: Penacony’s Paperfold Academy

The update also introduces a new location called Penacony’s Paperfold Academy. This place has caught a lot of attention because it looks mysterious. The classrooms are simple and practical, but there are also bright, colorful lights from a festival nearby, giving the place a warm and scholarly feel.

Some clues in the game suggest that the academy might be haunted and will play a big part in the new storyline. Leaks say that the main story of version 2.6 might happen here, with the Trailblazer facing a powerful enemy called the Memory Zone Meme.

Characters like Boothill and Robin are also expected to show up to help the Trailblazer on their mission. There are even hints that Dr. Ratio and Sunday could appear too, making this update even more exciting for fans. We don’t know all the details yet, like what the map will look like or who the NPCs will be, but it’s definitely something to look forward to.

Honkai Star Rail 2.6 Events

Honkai: Star Rail version 2.6 will bring in some fun new events where players can earn rewards and materials. Some of these events are called “Shadow of the Ranger” and “Sound Hunt Ninjutsu,” and they seem to focus on the Galaxy Rangers, Boothill, and Rappa. There’s even talk of a special shop run by Sampo during these events.

Here’s a quick summary of the Honkai Star Rail 2.6 events:

  • Sound Hunt Ninjutsu Inscription: This is the main event of 2.6, where you’ll do rhythm-based challenges. You can win cool rewards like the new 4-Star Light Cone ‘Ninja Record: Sound Hunt,’ materials to level it up, a new chat box, Self-Modeling Resin, Stellar Jade, and Tracks of Destiny.
  • Shadow of the Ranger: This is a simple event where you send your characters on missions for rewards like Stellar Jade, Relic EXP Materials, character EXP materials, and Credits. It’s all about Boothill.
  • Mr. Cold Feet’s Pop-Up Shop: In this event, you give Sampo some of your spare materials, and he gives you rewards like Stellar Jade and character level-up EXP. And don’t worry, this time Sampo isn’t trying to trick you (we hope).

Honkai Star Rail 2.6 Relics

The 2.6 update will also add new Relic sets that you can farm. One set is called Sacerdos’ Relived Ordeal, which boosts Speed and CRIT DMG, and the other is Scholar Lost in Erudition, which increases CRIT Rate and makes your Ultimate and Skill damage stronger.

Here are some of the new materials coming in the HSR 2.6 update:

  • Chordal Mirage – Ascension material for Imaginary characters, found in the Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Timbre.
  • Sacerdos’ Relived Ordeal – A Relic set from the Cavern of Corrosion: Path of Uncertainty.
  • Scholar Lost in Erudition – Another Relic set, also from the Cavern of Corrosion: Path of Uncertainty.

Other Updates in HSR Version 2.6

One of the biggest changes in this update is the new Simulated Universe expansion. This will add new challenges and farming opportunities, similar to what we’ve seen before, like in the Swarm Disaster event. But instead of using Blessings for power-ups, players will now be able to find powerful scepters that can unleash strong attacks when certain conditions are met during fights. As you play, these scepters can be upgraded with different modules to make them even stronger, and you can create cool combos between them.

Also, Herta’s Shop will start selling Light Cones that used to be event-only, so players can now get rare items like “Before the Tutorial Mission Starts” and “For Tomorrow’s Journey.”

In short, Honkai: Star Rail version 2.6 is looking like an exciting update with new characters like Rappa, cool story developments, and lots of fresh content to enjoy.
